ESA - FORM SENT TO DOCTOR was created by Daz
Hi

Just spoke to the ESA and Health Advisory Service because I want to send in some additional supporting evidence - its been May 2016 since I applied.

I was advised that my GP has been sent a form (early October 2016) to complete.

What is this likely to mean? Don't they believe me?

I have checked with the doctors and they have sent the form back, so not sure what they have stated. Have they put everything down, or just what they know....

I'm just worrying now for no reason, but it seems like you have to jump through so many loops to get the ESA benefit.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Daz,

The assessors contact the claimant's GP when they want some things clarifying. Please try not to worry, this could mean that you do not need a fac2face assessment.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
