Is that possible? Wouldn't she just have to type my National Insurance number into her computer to get that information? Seems very odd.

I had intended to show her downloaded statements with my account number partially obscured but with my name and address showing.
Has she the right to ask me to show my accounts on my tablets or phone? My account number will be visible.

I don't believe the DWP have any right to require you to provide bank statements written or online, however, they can suspend or close you claim if you refuse to provide information that they request in order to ensure that your payments are correct, so it's a bit of a Catch 22.
I think it likely that the request for an online statement is so that the compliance officer has completely up to date information.
I understand your concern about account numbers and other information, so I would raise this with them when they ask, for example, would they accept a statement printed while they were there?

I thought showing my bank statements going back a year and a half would be enough but no ,they want more.
