new 20 page ESA ?

he had to have a face to face pip assessment .which came out quite well as he now has care component as well as standard rate mobility..
any help on how to fill this new book in please ??

Compliance interviews can be issued for a variety of reasons, some claimants seem to be picked at random, for others there might be a concern over the benefits being received.

If you can afford it then I would I would send it using a Tracked post so that you have proof of delivery, it may be possible to use the supplied envelope and just pay the difference in the postage. Failing that, at least get a Certificate of Posting.

even though its written on the feb 2015 esa form we filled in...
If they are accepting that it is their fault then they should not attempt to recover any of the money although they may offer you the opportunity to voluntarily pay it back.
There should be an on-going deduction from your ESA.
