Appeal help please!

I had 3 pages missing in my report and they are not in the Tribuneral papers. I have spoken to people who deal with the appeal and they are going to write to DWP and enquire about them. I am so glad I followed your guides and checked every single page in the bundle, it is easy for pages to go missing. It strange really as the comments seem to be a summary of my problems and looking at the comments I believe it will throw a lot more doubt on what the HP and DM reports.
