I have read been reading the PIP payment Appeal Submissions guide. I have just read the short example letter on page 3 and wondering if this will be sufficient to send off to lodge my appeal and then submit a full explanation of what I am challenging in my submission at a later date?

Dozens, probably 100s of members have used the advice in the Appeal guide, if the Tribunal Service have issues with your request then they will contact you so that you can correct them.

you don't need full details to lodge an appeal. I lodged an appeal based on the time of day the HP called and that the one hour time slot was not indicative of my wifes condition during the day. we have been granted the appeal which is on going.
