Hiya all. Just got the dreaded form for ESA again..As an frequent epileptic ...I was just wondering how to address the form..xx

Have a look at the ESA Claim guides, if Epilepsy is you only problem then you should concentrate on the Staying Conscious activity and the section on Substantial Risk.

Thanks Gordon. So I concentrate more on my petit mals and the effects myself and others.? The Grand Mals speak for themselves...I presume this because of the people reducing epileptics in the Support Group.

Please don't make any assumptions about the people assessing you and how they will view your fits.
The staying Conscious activity and what is referred to as Regulation 29 get you into the WRAG, for the Support Group you need to meet the requirements of Regulation 35, which as very specific criteria.
