Mr Frog
All you can do is point out the anomaly between your own evidence and assessment report and the fact that you were not observed to walk at the assessment.
I would also have a read of the section on "reliably" in the PIP Claim guide, it may help if you can describe your issues in the same terms.
I do have to warn you that revision rates at MR are low, so you may need to be prepared to go on to appeal, where rates are significantly higher.

Hi MF,
HOC = History of Conditions.
FH = Functional History.
CQ = Claimant Questionnaire.
IO's = Informal Observations
There are samples of PA4's 5th link down This Page which may help further.
There is other helpful information on the same page under heading PIP Appeals including "Best possible ways to challenge a PIP medical report ".
Hope that helps

Hi
Sent off my mandatory reconsideration today 7 pages of submissions and an up to date letter from my GP all backing my PIP.
What is the likelihood of them taking any notice as there are definite discrepancies and items being missed off the report angina attack, Only observing me taking 1 lot of medication not 2. The DM stating it was my right arm I had problems with when the assessor stated left which it was.
Lots of emphasis being placed on my grip in right hand and not the physical exertion that causes exertional microvascular angina.
Even had to explain what it was to the assessor who had no idea I have pointed all this out and many more. On most Daily activities they have used the get out clause I could use an aid. But on days you are in pain so fatigued and physically unable to do anything repeatedly and safe how can you use an aid. this is all pointed out to them thank goodness I hope we have someone in the family who is a medical researcher and used to writing reports.
How long do you think I should wait for an answer I will definitely be going to tribunal if the outcome is no different

Mr Frog
Most MRs take around 5-8 weeks, they can be a lot quicker and also a lot slower.
In general revision rates are quite low, the DWP quote 30% but we don't see anything like this on the forum and if pushed I would estimate no higher than 10%, conversely rates at appeal are over 60%.

Hi
Could you help we took your advise and asked for the f2f report and received this well before we goy our letter from the DWP this gave us time to look through and get guidance from your submission reports luckily my daughter writes reports and was able to put our points across has to why we met the descriptors there was also alto of discrepancies in the report which had not been noted by the assessor so we sent the submission at the same tome requesting the MR. If we have to go to tribunal these submissions wont change this was 3 weeks ago did we do right has we had the report paperwork in time to do it. Has the assessor quiet clearly only concentrated on the grip exercise and not the physical side of the cardio vascular issue. Even putting N/A that there was no cardio vascular issue totally ignoring GP and specialist letters stating this!
