PIP review form

I am filling in my PIP review form and I am unsure how much information to supply for each question after answering 'No change' to each question. Unfortunately I do not have the computer that I had in three years ago when making my PIP application so I do not know what I wrote (nb. I am now keeping copies of everything I send for ESA and PIP) and I am unsure whether it is ever better just to leave 'No change' without adding extra information?
Also would it be ok to resubmit a letter for my ESA review for the PIP review?
Re. Mobility- I didn't get a Mobility award last time but I have been largely restricted to my house for the past 18 months such that I don't think I could function normally without my family- for example I could not walk alone to a chemist, walk to a shop or to post a letter.
I think I should probably be awarded the standard rate Mobility but I think this is incredibly unlikely as I only have psychiatric problems- is that true? I would rather keep my 'Care' component and go without the 'Mobility' element than go for an assessment and face losing any of it.
Thanks in advance!

There's no right of wrong amount of information to supply, members have been both successful and unsuccessful when ticking no change and the same when they have supplied additional information. You need to do what feels right for you.
You can include the ESA report but you must explain why it is relevant to your PIP claim for it to have any weight.
You can receive a Standard Mobility award by meeting Descriptor (e) of the Going Out activity, see the PIP Claim guide for more information.

Thanks for your help again Gordon

If I try to make a claim for Mobility (having only scored 4 points for mobility last time) am I a lot more likely to be called in for an assessment or is it impossible to say?
Thanks!

Any change that you report makes it more likely that you will have to have a F2F but we have also seen members report no change at all and still been called to an assessment, you have to decide whether you can score higher for the Mobility and whether you can cope with a F2F.
