PIP 1043 form help me please, I am terrified :(

I think I mentioned in the thread that I included both a support letter from the persons GP and also one from the persons District Nurse team leader, in my own opinion any bit of any documentation you can add even if its receipts for anything at all that you have to buy to help your condition/s etc then add everything so that they can see every single penny it's costing you and everything (if it's quite a lot and not just a couple of pounds), I know it costs the person I am trying my best to help a fortune for certain things that the NHS wont and dont supply, but even though I state this these purchase invoices were forgotten about to add apart from one that was for an expensive shower stool.

The form wasn't an AR1, it was a PIP1043 that was sent to the person I am trying to help, I am not sure if they are exactly the same but if they are then from what I found out is to treat the form more or less like a new claim, for example, if you ticked a "No Change" box, dont just move onto the next question, fill in the part under the "No Change" box and make sure it's as close to being exactly the same explanation for the question as was done on your original claim form answers as possible (if you still have a copy), you should always make sure you take at least one photo copy of everything you do and send before sending and keep everything in a safe place otherwise you may lose those vital bits of paper that can help a lot next time round.

It would be very difficult to remember everything wrote in the original form from maybe some years ago etc, if you have exactly the same conditions then it would just be the same things to write down anyway as the original form, but if lots of things have changed then they need fully explained.

Anyway, best of luck and hope all goes well, p.s, remember and listen to the Staff's advice too on this forum plus look closely at what other peoples experiences have been too, it's all you can do really and just keep asking any questions at all you need answered, I'm sure someone will always help.
