Hello Gordon
I can walk between 20 and 50 metres which is how it was two years ago, and I can still do that, but the arthritis in my feet has got worse and makes it more difficult.I intend to tick the no change box but should I mention this in the tell us has this made things harder easier information.
Thank you

I'm afraid there is no good answer to this.
By supplying the information you may make it more likely that you will have another face to face, by not supplying it you may weaken your case for the same award.
I realise that this is not very helpful, but we are seeing so many inconsistencies on how the new Review form is being processed that it is difficult to give advice at the moment.

When they ask repeatedly, how long inbetween is acceptable? I managed 30 meters into work, then sit for 6 hours at at desk. I carry out leg exercises whilst sat, then after 6 hours walk 30 meters back to my car. It takes me 15 minutes to walk 30 meters. Oh it's 2 meters from my front door to the drivers side.

Hello David
I can walk 20 metres but slowly and I struggle to repeat this at a consistent speed.
Thank you

There is no definition of the time that would be accepted between repeats but repeating an activity goes hand in hand with competing an activity within a reasonable time, so there is a balance between the speed of your walking and any stops that you might make.
So someone who walked quickly would need to take long breaks to meet the criteria and someone walking slowly might only need to take small breaks to do so.
Average walking speeds are usually accepted as
90m/min - healthy adult
60m/min - slow
45m/min - very slow
