If you are moved out of the SG then you can only continue to receive payment of your ESA(CB) for 365 days, any time that you spent out of the SG prior to being put in the SG may count against the 365 days.
Your pension would almost certainly prevent the payment of any Income Related benefit.
You can include information from your PIP claim, but be careful, the criteria even for similar activities can be quite different between the two benefits so you need to show the relevance of the evidence to the ESA SG Descriptors.

Thistlelass wrote: I have submitted the ESA50 for the 1st November. To my great surprise I have been requested to attend medical on 21st December - this seems very quick as I here people are having to wait months! Have a friend who waited 8 months to get to this stage. Wonder if I should be concerned or not. Also, already expecting the knockback. If I get it do I have to request the MR or can I iimmediately appeal? Thanks.
Receiving an appointment quickly, slowly or whatever, is in no way a refection of any Decision that might be made, they are made by a computer which simply selects the first available slot.
I'm afraid you must complete an MR before you can appeal.

It is usually a good thing, as it means that there was sufficient information for the to make a recommendation to the DWP, which is often not the case.
