Hi, I’m due to have my review for pip in the next week I’m worried about the papers arriving as I had a bad experience the last time however got an award on mandatory reconsideration. The award was till 2019 but review feb 2018. When filling in the form and no change do I write no change or fill it in like it’s a new form. My claim is on mental health and anxious plus physical disability. This time round I now have proof of my incompetence as I’m under the hospital and had my mri scan of my neck with results from that. I did not get points for any of the last 2 as it was dismissed but now have proof from my test results on how bad they both are. My treatment is on going for the last 2 with no sight of end date. My conditions have not changed I just now have proof for what I did not get proof for. I got 11 points for daily living and 4 for mobility.
Completing the AR1 Review form is covered in the PIP Claim guide.
I can't advise you how to complete the form, there are pros and cons to both approaches, the guide discusses some of the issues, but ultimately you need to complete based on what you think is best for you. Gordon
