Just one week to the Day... After having to hand my mobility car back! Plus Having to buy a car, because I could’nt ever bear to be put throug the pain and embrassment of everyone thinking I’m a liar... Because I must be, if I had to give my car back “ feeling like you have to explain yourself to everyone.
So Unfortunately Mobility have now lost a member for life as I couldn’t put myself through that again!!
Then to appealing to the Tribunal

I get a letter to say both componots of my PIP is now
back to Enhanced rate for both ( I was on higher rate DLA for both care and mobility)

This would not of been possiable without this forum, plus the advice given from both the admistrators and other members

My fight started on 30th November 2017 and finished on 21st March 2017 ....quite quick in comparison to some claims going to tribunal .... however it took hours and hours of reading topics in this forum and writing letter after letter

It is a real shame, the car had to go!!!
On a possitive note. I have a car which cannot be taken off me, which is a real comfort.
