Advice on whether to challenge PIP review

Could you advise me on where I stand if I don't take PIP review to appeal

I still got standard care on review ( so am grateful for that )
However problem is reviewer has basically cured me of many of my incurable illnesses and decided I am likely to recover from my widespread degenerative arthritis _ so another review next year

So MR failed despite medical evidence of conditions not disappearing
If i leave till next review would it make things worse next time as would it seem i am agreeing with
them ?

I know ideally I should appeal but have really bad mental health and scared of another nervous breakdown as know could cause another year of stress waiting and they are going to review in a yesr anyway

So in short _ does not fighting now mean i agree my illnesses have magically vanished or can I try and reconvince them again next review?

_ I have current medical evidence from gp and specialists which support areas where i lost points on review so yes i am confident that I can prove certain things beyond a doubt and they ignored gp written support in MR

I had 11 points before down to 8 but gained points in new areas and lost previous points even though pretty solid evidence in areas i lost them, but was surprised at where they gave me new points for as these were areas where i felt i had less evidence for?

So i guess if went to appeal _ the areas i feel pretty solid on i am sure would hold up but where they awarded points for things i felt they wouldn't give me i feel less unsure on if appeal looked at everything as not much medical evidence in these bits !
which is why feel unsure about pursing it

I guess i just wanted to make sure my not taking to appeal would not affect me negatively in a review next year as I dont agree my conditions have disappeared and I plan on getting as much continued evidence in preparation for the next round of PIP battle as review would probably happen at same time as a tribunal

I just find it bizarre that a review seems to take zero notice of previous award and comes to seemingly random assessment in comparison to what they did before and although still got an award the make up of points is so different to before as though they have seen a completely different person and they ignored medical evidence giving me points instead for things the medical evidence didnt explicitly cover !

I guess trying to understand the dwp will drive me insane if i let it

I do think in reality i should get enhanced care but whether I can prove it medically at moment I am not sure

But was also concerned that accepting current one meant I agree with their crazy assumptions that my life long degenerative illnesses can be cured and this would prejudice a future review

However I also want to hang on to my sanity and know an appeal would affect my mental health badly so I think as already have a lot of evidence and lots appointments due over next year I think for sanity will concentrate on amassing evidence as couple of consultants helping me with things getting worse and then can use this next time around and being really prepared to prove everything then and it is helpful to know a tribunal should then at least keep current award
