The call centre staff can only tell you what is logged on the computer system, they have no view of what is going on in the back offices where your claim is being reviewed.

Well, it's exactly 8 weeks since my PIP review/assessment, so I have no idea what they are playing at.
Every time I phone it's stil with the DM. Lastbtime I phoned was last Friday.
I wonder if theyve forgotten about me or is it a good sign and they must be investigating following my strongly woded letter pointing out the flaws in the report and srguing my case to the full?

I don't think that there is anything wrong with your claim other than the DWP taking their time to make a Decision.
