Hi, anyone know what OPD stands for; the sentence was: 'The functional history describes how she feels going out, which is not consistent with OPD'

Thank you Gordon, that was unusually clumsy of me! Thanks too for the abbreviation info; I'm helping my cousin with a battle and they most definitely abbreviated that for a reason! x
