Thank you Gordon it is amazing advice God bless you.
I now I understand the difference. Oral is certainly better than Paper . Though I always very much feared strangers and never in my life thought of attending any court for anything / face any cross examination .
But I know for sure I have a genuine case every bit . Why back off from what I maybe entitled to , just for fearing their harsh cross examination it is their job.
I have my family standing by me.. I should not fear those people in Court .
Kind regards
zaib

Thanks everyone for all the support . I received a letter from DWP that after looking again at it points have been increased to 14 from 11 for daily living and 24 from 10 for Mobility. It adds that Appeal hearing not to go ahead . Arrears calcated at both enhanced rates been paid a week ago.
However Tribunal email is received , DWP has sent a "response" to your Appeal .You can offer your comments .
It further says , you will receive a notice of hearing . It may take several months .
Do I need to write to Tribunal ?
Regards

Hi Zaib
Congratulations. Great to hear your good news. I would drop the Tribunal a line saying case has been settled although the DWP should inform them.

sorry for a delayed post .Mostly I remained overwhelmed by my health conditions .
I am thankful to all your support . It was all sorted . DWP conceded before hearing of Appeal .Allowed me an on going Award at enhanced rates for both components with arreras from date of review.
After a few months of revised Award I turned 65. I continue to receive PIPas above.
Do I need to do anything if my circumstances do not change.
Kind regards

Hi zaib
That is really terrific news, well done and congratulations.
No you do not need to do anything if your circumstances remain the same.
On-Going Period, no assessment for at least ten years subject to there being no need to report a Change and a Light Touch review when they do contact you for an assessment.
