I did tick 20-50 metres on application (which was in Sept 2019) but that I struggle and need to stop every couple of metres walking at slow pace due to constant pain in foot, back and shoulder. It causes further pain, breadth, breadthlessness, dizziness and more anxiety and I couldn't repeat this activity on a daily basis, only occasionally when I have to. The HP asked me how far I can walk in 2 minutes and I stated it takes approximately 60 seconds to cross to bus stop which is 4.5 to 5 metres with support from my husband as cannot use crutch due to painful hand and shoulder. I rarely go out. In her report she ticked 50-200 metres and stated I walk 2 mins at slow pace which is 80 metres. Decision maker gave 10 points using aid. Thank you Gordon

Your Mobility.
So the assessor recommended you score four points and the DM actually awarded ten points, in-line with what you indicated on your form.
All you can do is present your case, you will certainly need to explain why you ticked 20m-50m and not 20m or less, go back through what you said in the form originally to try and support your case.

Anne wrote: Hi Gordon, the HCP did not list Insomnia, Physiotherapy and ConcentrationAlertness and Memory Problems or High Cholesterol in the History of Conditions section. In current medication, she did not include Physiotherapy for arthritis, foot and postural problems. In Social and Occupational History, she never asked how I manage to go up and down stairs and if there were any steps at home, and omitted to list a glove for hand pain prescribed by physiotherapist. Says I can calculate change although I don't go to shops, She wrote all bills are up to date, but I wouldn't know as husband manages them. There are lots of inconsistencies. The list goes on.......should I point these out in MR? Thanks Anne
So I am playing Devil's Advocate on this.
So some conditions were missed, how are these relevant to your limitations in completing the PIP activities? Did you not mention these when you explained your problems in answer to each activity?
PIP does not consider your ability to use stairs so not being asked about it is not probably an issue you can exploit.
You don't deal with the finances but have you said that cannot deal with them? The two are not the same, you won't score for the former but might for the latter.

In my application I have written that I have many excercises prescribed by Physiotherapist which take approx 7 hours weekly. My husband helps by reassuring me and watching over me in case I fall. I find them very difficult due to weakness in body and pain. I just answered the questions she asked, and couldn't wait for it to be over, too anxious to notice if she omitted anything. HCP did Not question me about this. HCP wrote I manage medication in pill box and husband puts pills in, and helps me due to poor memory. Received no points. HCP reported on no medication for mental health, had general memory and adequate concentration, no cognitive impairments. I had all my papers in front of me during assessment. I believe omitting Physioroom is important as it relates to other activities. I received Zero points for managing therapy or monitoring a health condition. In application I stated due to anxiety and stress I'm unable to make budgeting due to lack of concentration and confidence as I worry in case I make a mistake. and my husband pays household bills and food shopping. Occasionally shop online for clothes and shoes, but my husband helps me by checking when I'm inputting details as I worry in case I make a mistake, am exhausted afterwards and need to rest. HCP reports I I have online banking , can log in and check my balance and I do online banking. Received Zero points. My mind is all over the place with this. Thank you

I will be honest with you, you are not using terminology that reasonably suggests that you meet the criteria for the activities you are trying to score for, that may be because you are precising what you are posting here but I am concerned that you have not described your issues in terms that match the Descriptors.
With regard to Managing Therapy, I would not bother with trying to score for needing help with your medication unless you also hope to score for being unable to get into or out of a standard bath or shower. It only scores one point and can never help towards an award on its own.
As to the physio, you say he watches you but there needs to be a need for him to do this, so how often do you have problems with your physio and what help does he provide when you do? You need to establish a need for him to assist you on the majority of days.
For Managing Budgets, you talk about being anxious, how does this manifest itself, would you have a panic attack that would leave you unable to pay a credit card bill, as an example.
Also, you do not distinguish between simple and complex budgeting decisions, you can't lump the two together, someone who is unable to complete simple budgeting decisions would be expected to have a significant incapacity.
