Hi Gordon . heres where in up to . did a re application due to change of circumstances , then had assessment -then unsatisfied with assessors report and D/M decision I asked for . M/R . this was done , on the day before we was told of decision a customer service agent at DWP said " the m/r has been sent to assessor for a review , it will be back tomorrow and the D/M will make decision then,, 2 days later we got answer wich had not altered !!!!! BUT , I noticed the very very short answers from "the assessor " highlighted that it was a different name different assessor than the original nurse "assessor , and also noticed that the final D/M decision and new assessor answer only covered three of the living care components ,,, surely there is something not quite right here ?? ..I have now logged an online appeal and have received confirmation .. sorry for long question , please what do you think Gordon . much obliged Mozz
It is not unusual for another assessor, usually more senior, to also look at the information for a claim when a request for comment is made, as to there being no comments for some of the activities, I can only assume that they felt the original ones were adequate.
