Hii Denby,
I have emailed a local source ' Citizens advice' to try to get some help with checking it before I send it, and will see what guidance I can get from them this week.(fingers crossed)
Had not thought of the carers group , so thanks, I will email them. not all the places are fully back up and running in our wee town in Scotland.
I will type out as much as I can and try to get an appointment to get it checked over.

Thank you Mr Smith

I was not aware of the website, I like the picture prompts as you work through the form. It does state that you 'this current version you will need to add these print outs to the DWP supplied form and post them together'

Thank you very much,
I did come across it, and it looks ideal as you can just add new lines as needed.
Unfortunately it does not work with my computer( Mac with safari)
As I do not want to muck around for days with my computer, I will just type it out, number ,attach it and hope for the best.
I am really not that computer savvy, and there is a warning on the page that it might not work with some browsers.
But this might well be helpful to others?! Cheers

Hello Miz

I fully respect you do not want to mess around with your computer as it can be a pain sometimes but if you are interested and also for reference for other Mac users you can install Google Chrome (which the Simplified PiP site suggests using) on the Mac PC. I have included a link bellow for your reference and others that contain instructions on how to do this. Just look for "Install Chrome on Mac"

I hope all goes well for you Miz :)
