That's what I thought Gary, but it has been stopped. I look after my husband because of his difficult/challenging behaviour and failing memory. He looks after me because of my physical disabilities and limitations. I have a telephone call later today with a benefits adviser.
Gary I should say that each time I have spoken to one of these various departments, I am told the same story: because I am the younger partner in the marriage and that rules changed in May last year which negates me from being able to claim.
