What counts of change of circs? AR1 form in just

Background: in my 40s currently awarded PIP (enhanced for both) - extended until April 21 (due to pandemic). I have recently completed first renewal for PIP ( was previously on DLA).

I have completed my PIP AR1 and the DWP received it 7 weeks ago, I only received an acknowledgement text a week ago.
I have not received an appointment for assessment or any further info.

Now on my form I put I was seeing my clinical psychologist, but this support is time limited and to cut a long story short I think I'm going to be discharged soon, more than likely to be transferred or referred to another service (this could possibly happen at my next zoom appointment next week). This is NOT because I've improved but because of trying to find the right support (and how stretched the services are).

Now on the AR1 form acknowledgement text I received it says: "Please call us if any of the details you gave us have changed".

Does this count as a change? I normally would call about anything (just to be on the safe) but, I'm worried that it will cause problems, as I haven't even heard about an assessment or anything yet.

My main worry is that it will delay things even more or they will scrap my application and I have to start again.

I have also put my clinical psychologist as one of the people to contact for further info, so if I don't tell straight away, and they contact her I could get into trouble.

Hi Nic

A change of circumstances is about an improvement or deterioration in your condition. They honestly don't need to know whether you have stopped seeing a particular service and move to a new one. You said what the case was when you filled in the form. People get discharged from services all the time - it only becomes relevant to the DWP if your health has improved or when they assess you, you have to tell them you are no longer getting the support you need.
You have nothing to tell them - your condition has not improved.
