Should I have had a review form? was created by Marian Boxley
Hi. Help please!
This is my first post although I have been a member for 2 years.
I am currently in receipt of the standard rate of PIP which was awarded at tribunal for 3 years showing an end date of 17 January 2021. I believe they awarded for this period of time as I retired on health grounds, with a Occupation Health review period of 3 years.
Following info on one of the B&W newsletters about claimants not receiving review forms I queried with DWP whether I should already have received one. I was advised that as my award was made by a tribunal and had an end date recorded on their system I would need to phone the claim line and complete a brand new application, but state it was an advanced claim.
I completed the new form with husbands help over a 2 week period and sent it back 8/10/20 with a covering letter.
I am obviously concerned whether or not I was given the right information by the DWP representative on the phone and wondered if anyone knows the answer. I am concerned that my application will not be processed in time for a continuous award to be considered and of course that this will have a knock on effect to my ESA claim.
Thank you for reading this and I look forward to any help received.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Marian
You need to get onto the DWP asap and ask what is happening with your claim. You haven't had an extension letter, because your award is actually ending. You don't want to be left with no money, so ring now and ask what is happening.
