PIP Assessor’s Report was created by Eloise
Hello all!

I’ve called 0800 121 4433 several times for a copy of my assessor’s report, but I can never seem to get through to speak to anyone. I’m getting concerned because it’s two weeks since the assessment now.

Does anyone have any ideas in terms of an alternative to calling? An email address I could contact, for example? (It’s probably pointless for me to write, as my incoming post is so backlogged due to Coronavirus issues).

Thank you.

Hi Eloise

You are calling the correct number, I usually find calling in the morning the best time to contact DWP between 9:30 and 10:00 am.

I am not aware of an email address, you just have to wait on the phone which can take over an hour before someone answers. Have you received a decision yet?
