So the DWP's Bundle of Evidene Papers arrived

Well, the bundle of DWP's evidence for Tribunal purposes arrived today. Hurrah! All the papers relating to my original PIP claim of 2015 were there together with everything I supplied for the telephone assessment renewal, and all the new and upto date ongoing medical issues. How good it felt to see that the government has at least one 'computer system' that actually manages to do its job.

Sadly though, all the factual inaccuracies contained in the health care professionals report were carried on throughout both manadatory reconsiderations and the formal letter of Appeal, so right through to the Tribunal. That's three Decision Makers and two separate Complaints Officers. I guess you can pretty much work out what I am thinking. My 'healthcare professional/assessor' is, or is going to be, making quite a name for himself when it gets to court. Such a shame too that these Decision Makers seem incapable of questioning what is clearly a catalogue of errors, lack of knowledge, skills and training or is it, as it seems to me, a case of shove it up the foodchain, someone else can sort it?

I would suggest a rubber stamp job Gary. A BIG rubber stamp job. What makes it even more interesting is that one of the DM's involved actually sent all my paperwork to a disability rights advisor up North...nothing to do with me. Sigh. I wonder what they expect to get out of it. Some 'look good' stats when it comes to Department of Justice figures for conceding their errors at Tribunal level and trying to show they can be the 'good guys'. Shame they can't get to grips with things. Maybe then the numbers of suicides/attempted suicides might decrease.
