I have been considering writing to them myself regarding this for months as I am almost certain I would be entitled to 4 points. This would take me from standard daily living to enhanced.
I wasn't aware that any claimants had already been successful with this through writing to them. I have been waiting to see if they notify me.
I am currently awaiting to hear back about my review form which I sent over 4 weeks ago. I am u sure whether now would be a good time to write the sample letter in the middle of a review?
I would appreciate anyone's thoughts who has experience with this?
I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.
We have had a few members on the forum who have informed us that they have been successful, we have also had a number of members who were sent a new form to complete as DWP took their letter for a request of change of circs.
You may want to ask your MP to get involved, some MP's are more pro-active than others.
