Hi,
I always pay my Surgery for administration costs for getting a letter of support from my GP's in the past and my present assigned GP.
Cost for a letter is £20 quid. (varies across the UK) But the letters were accurate, informative, and gave details to my illnesses and a small version of how I'm affected as a result from my illnesses and conditions.
The GP does sort of compress as much as possible into a letter, without going into reels of pages.
But it's well worth shelling out for the GP's professionalism, i have in the past also had my GP waiver the fee, that's of course GP and surgery dependable.
Which subsequently carried a lot of weight for my PIP and ESA assessments and re-assessments. Resulting in my continuation of awards.

Hi Irisheyes
I'm sorry that you're still struggling to get your daughter's medical notes. I'm glad she's agreed that you can speak to the GP. I know she doesn't want you to upset the GP, but you want those notes before the 6th May. Make sure the waiver she writes includes permission for you not only to speak and ask questions on her behalf, but also to read her records, or they may still not release them to you.
I hope the Tribunal has a successful outcome for your daughter.
