Hello binky,
Starting with hard facts
1. your condition has changed, therefore you should inform the DWP of a change of circumstances
2. 2. If you tell them that your condition has changed you will be almost certainly be sent a PIP2 form – that is the big one, not the review form, and you will have to go through the whole process again
3. You will be applying again, so your old award will stop when they make a decision on your new application.
Having said all of that, if you got 10 points last time in both categories and your condition has got worse, then you should be on fairly safe ground. But nothing is certain in the world of PIP assessments. If everything worked as it should there would not be so many successful appeals.
I think if they have done home assessments before, and you send in good supporting evidence, there is a reasonable chance they will do a paper review. Since the start of covid everyone I have helped put in a PIP2 form and who has had good reason for a home assessment has been given a paper award. This does not of course mean that it apply to you.
Binky, I wish I could put your mind at east about your money, but it would be wrong for me to give you false assurance. If once you have read what I have put you have other questions please do ask.

That is all really good to hear binky. You, your supportive daughter and amazing GP sound like a winning team. You and your daughter are obviously old hands at this, but I would encourage you to reread our PIP guides before you complete the new form. The Upper Tribunal is regularly giving us further guidance and this is included in the guides.
