hello, regarding taping telephone medical, i will do it in secret, as you pointed out if i tell them they will hang up on me. i was wondering though, if by chance i discover that they write something that i never said, would my secret recording be allowed as proof? i sent my form back signed for, on wednesday 17th march and received proof of deliverey on friday 19th,march. today monday 22nd they sent a reminder telling me to send in my form as they have not received it. i know they have, so do these people ever speak to each other, as one half don't seem to know what the other half are doing. thanks again.

Hi Magpiejoe08
You can always say at the MR stage that you have a recording if necessary, but they won't look at a transcription of it. Recordings are more useful at the Appeal Stage but you would need to provide a transcription.

Hi magpiejoe08, while I tend to agree with you about left hand/right hand, their reminder will just have crossed in the post with your form, as unlike us 'they' do not pay out for first class post.
You could contradict whatever "errors" they might put in the PA4 assessment report without saying why you can prove they were mis-stating things. I am suggesting that you do so in a letter to DWP ASAP after you get that report. Request it 2 days after the event, you may well influence the Decision maker with a prompt letter, we did so successfully last year.
Kind regards, Denby
