Your question is outside the scope of the forum, there is also not enough information with regards to what benefits you are already receiving, from you post I would assume you are talking about IR ESA as you are talking about capital limits which do not apply to CB ESA.
If you divert savings to try and get around IR ESA capital limits then DWP could say you have notional capital.
You need to discuss your situation with a welfare rights adviser who can talk all your circumstances into consideration.
