Hi linda

If you follow the link below it will tell you what you need to know about completing the PIP review.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claim...ip-award-review-form

Our PIP Claim guide covers completing the AR1 Review form (1043 Review), remember, whatever the form says you are being assessed against the same criteria as before.

You need to complete the form as is it is a new claim based on your conditions and limitations as they are now, include evidence as you can even if it was submitted with your previous form or with the appeal.

There have been some changes to the PIP criteria since you were last assessed so please make use of the latest version of our PIP Claim guide:

If you have any specific questions then please come back to the forum and we will do our best to help.

Hi linda, lots of people have the same isue about not having appointments. This is where a diary you complete yourself can be really useful evidence. In my experience on our daughter's claims they have placed a lot of weight on the diary.
if you can manage your own diary, great, mention things that come up in the form like the meals you had or could not manage, pain, bathing etc.
Last time daughter was so poorly I actually made the diary myself by trying to call or text her every day for several weeks. Then I went back through my phone and noted the days, times, and her responses or lack of response and the day or time. In the last column [it was just a word-type document table] I put comments such as 'no response for 3 days now' or 'her usual chatty self but for the first time in 3 weeks'.
Hope this may help, Denby
