Hi Anyone have experience / advice on approx timeframe it's taking to hear outcome from pip review form submission ? I was told by the charity who helped me fill the form out 8-12 wks . I submitted it 12 wks ago .
Also I'm wondering in some instances if the dwp are in some cases just continuing to use the old info and continuing payment without notifying claimant of review info outcome ?
We can't give you an accurate time frame. There seem to be some considerable delays for some claimants and one member today has reported she has been waiting 16 weeks and was told when she queried it from the assessment services that many people had been waiting longer.
Once a review form has been submitted a claimant will always receive a decision letter.
