Hello, can anyone advise me on whether I can ask the PIP to look over my change of circumstances without filling the huge Form? For near on 2half years many hospital stays, infections including e. Coli, sepsis, 3 times and 4 surgeries with more to come. I've had umpteen forms given and just not able to get them filled. The pip have been understanding when trying to tell them how ill I have become. I honestly can't do the forms I've none to do them either and I don't talk to anyone to help me. Can I ask them to just look over my claim say with a letter of my own words I could put to get her. With consultant letters etc along with it. I've been trying to get myself to start this for over 2 years to tell them. And it's a daily stress thinking about doing this but the days turn to weeks then months etc. Has anyone done this themselves? I really could do with some advice from the forum please. If you can. Thanks. Be safe.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Sharon
You don't have to fill in a large form, for a change of circumstances. You can just submit a letter with your additional evidence and ask them to look at it. Try and link your comments to the specific PIP questions so they can follow what you're saying. You can put things together. So for example if you have mobility problems you could link it to preparing meals, washing and bathing and going out - all in one go - so you don't have to do too much explaining.
