Hi was looking some advice I had mentioned to used few months back about me sending in one of your sample letters to DWP on the prompting questions and the points not being right . The DWP did review it and gave me the extra 2 points when I got my pip renewed in December there. They had also said that now they’ve made a decision on my review they may owe me more money and would send a letter about this later.I haven’t heard anything yet 3 months has past .was wondering should I contact them about this or wait it out as it would be 2yrs money they would owe or maybe is there a back log .

Hello Mm,

Generally once the DWP have decided that someone should be paid they are pretty quick to do so. I would definately contact them. I think if I was in your position I would start with a phone call to try to get their side of the picture and then follow that up with a letter.

Hope this helps
