Back in December, I got an Award Review form that I filled in and returned and got a text message at the end of January saying that the form had been received. Since then, I've heard nothing. My PIP is still being paid (the award was originally extended till November because of COVID), so I'm getting increasingly worried that maybe my decision letter has got lost in the post or something.
The thing is, one of my biggest issues is that I'm not able to make phone calls because of my crippling anxiety (I deal with everything by email where I can), so I don't know how I'm supposed to find out what's happened with my claim!
Some reviews are taking a long time so you can't assume that a letter has been lost in the post. Do you have anyone else who can phone on your behalf? If that's not possible then you can write and ask - but don't expect a quick reply.
