PIP MR was created by hazelyoung
Just going through your guide on MR and it states that is should state when conditions began in the history of conditions part. Mine only has a couple of dates but the majority are date less and she grouped together lots of conditions that for instance cause pain, should I be worried and add this to MR letter. I did send in very detailed history of all my conditions. I'm not sure what an assessors looks at. TIA

Hello hazel,
The key to dates is that they are more than 6 months ago. If a condition has only just started then it, or rather the affects of that condition will not be considered until you have had them for 6 months.
It is essential with PIP applications to focus on the affect the condition has on you rather than the condition itself. Therefore if the things which the assessor has grouped together all have similiar impacts on your daily living and/or mobility that is fine. If however they have completely different impacts on you then they should have been considered separately.
Just a technical point, although you are no doubt looking at the PA4 report which was written by the assessor, is for the DWP Decision Maker, not the assessor to read. Just in case it makes a difference to how you word things.

Thank you for your reply. Conditions are all years old, some decades old. Thanks for the grouping consideration I will take a more careful look into that and what else you said. Many thanks
