Hi John at the moment PIP in Scotland has the same rules as England so all questions and replies are relevant in bot. Scotland and England. PIP will be administered by the Scottish Government but it’s a long process ,

Hi John,
Don’t know if this helps, my pip was stopped on 28th April, my assessment is on telephone on the 29th of this month, I shall let you know how it goes.
A friend of mine who is only 42, has MS, used to be a HGV driver, he cannot work anymore, applied for PIP in December, had a telephone consultation, he has an adapted, automatic car for people with disabilities, the HP decided that because he could drive at all, gave him zero points.
She was also asking about Facebook, Netflix, what that has do do with anything I don’t know?
His case is now with the Scottish welfare rights team who are taking care of his MR.
Good luck on your journey.

Hi ccc
PIP is not awarded because of the condition but rather the limitations that result and prevent a claimant from completing a range of everyday activities.
