Hi Robm,
It's so strange that coffee can make all of these changes so-called coming into effect, but can't get the Techies @ DWP to simply make some database adjustments to their systems to pay the legacy benefits claimants that 20 quid a week what UC claimants received during the pandemic.
It will be simply brushed under the DWP's dusty carpets and hope no one notices.
regards.

There’s a judicial review at the end of September about people such as myself who missed out on the Covid uplift in support group esa until I moved over to universal credit in late March so here’s hoping that we win

Hi robm,
Just wondering how may people have been affected by this.
I too am in ESA SG (IR based).
Be nice if it turns out we're all to be reimbursed the £20 quid.
Even if we were DWP will drag their feet.
good luck and regards.
