Just want to share my story with regards to my PIP review, I sent forms back beginning of April, heard nothing at all until end of August when I got a txt msg saying we have your review form , you may need an assessment, Thursday just gone opened a white envelope and I have been awarded exactly same as before for another 3 years so was done paper based. This is south wales area
