Pip extension

Advice needed please ,sent my renewal form back last aug ,my extended pip award end mid June 2023 I had a text from assessment probably capita ?saying they had my paperwork and are looking into that was 10 wks ago ,as yet I’ve heard nothing so should I ring up pip enquiry line or leave it till I get a response from capita ,thank you Kim

Thank you ,I’m trying to contact them now hopefully I’ll get put through ,cut off twice 3rd time lucky ? I did try last month but on phone for over an hour then got cut off

Hi ,I phoned pip helpline today and finally got through , I was told my pip has a 12 month extension taking it to 2024 no decision made on my review as yet ,nobody informed me that I had an extension for another year I believed my pip was due to end this June as the letter I received last year indicated extension was ending . ,if in doubt ring them I could of saved myself some anxiety ,many thanks for advice given Kim
