Hi Gary
Your wife just needs to contact Carers Allowance and cancel her CA due to ill health and that she can no longer do 35 hrs per week caring.
Once CA stops you then need to contact ESA and inform them that CA has stopped and the date stopped from.
It will not trigger a move to UC.
