Hi Pauline 27

I'm sorry you find yourself in this position. Did you get hold of a copy of the assessment report (PA4)? If you didn't get hold of it before writing your MR - then you want to do so now - so you understand more of why the DWP think your condition 'has improved'. You can also ring the DWP and ask for a call-back from a case manager to explain the result of your MR.

The Guide to PIP Appeals will walk you through the whole process. (There isn't a sample form) benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip (scroll down the page), plus a couple of other guides you may find useful in that area.

Have the accesors report form but i see no mention
of conditions improved just contraditing the previous report
especially on walking distance so only received 4 points
for mobility.

Hi Pauline 27

Check back through what you wrote on your form to see if you can spot where they might think you can walk further than you can. I don't know whether you ever go shopping, but this is something that people often lose points over. If your condition has not improved, I would question why this assessor thought differently from the last. All you can say is you disagree with their 'opinion' and point out any evidence they ignored or misunderstood.
