BIS I couldn't agree more and also send my sympathies to you Dalglish60.
I do wonder if by "type of school" and 'form' they even meant 'stream' ie more or less "able". If that was the intent, it is the most disgusting ability/disability discrimination, which would be illegal if you could prove it.
Illness and disability are no respecters of persons! Among my acquaintance are a former grammar school pupil receiving lifetime max DLA following a disabling accident, and a 'posh' private school former pupil with hereditary disabilities whose effects worsened into young adulthood getting them max PIP!!!

Do keep us informed as to how you get on. If your MH worker or companion can assist you when the PA4 arrives, so much the better. It is any point-losing twists, omissions etc you are looking for, not spelling mistakes however incompetent.
