I have finally got my telephone appointment in two weeks...
I am so stressed out, It already feels like Deja Vu and i will end up at Tribunal like i am now with UC WCA.
I have no faith in the system any more.

Hi Louise,

I feel your pain like many others - The system is well and truly broken, but until all avenues have been exhausted, don't give up.

Good luck with your telephone appt also.

Regards, Chris.

Good afternoon,

Do PIP assessors ever call from mobile numbers?

Kind regards

Hi Louise

Short answer is yes,

In this New World Order assessors can work from home as well from an office.

Hi Louise

If you look at the Guide to PIP claims and reviews you will find all the information on the assessments and what to expect. Information on assessments starts from page 103.
