Good evening,

Would anyone happen to know if this is the correct address to send post to Universal Credit Full Service if sending by recorded delivery? -

UCFS Post, Canterbury BC
Nutwood House
Chaucer Road
Canterbury
Kent
CT1 1 ZZ

I'm asking because I want to send a 'subject access request' letter asking for all the DWP evidence used in making my WCA decision. The letters they send me (and the decision letter) always has the 'FREEPOST' address on it, but, now I know not to trust them one bit, I want to make sure I have proof my letter has been received. I found that address on 'thanet.gov.uk', but I thought i'd check here first if anyone's used it.

Thank you!

Hi Enigma123

I've published your post to see if anyone has used that address.

Hi Enigma - I've not noticed this address before, however I have used a link online on the .gov.uk website before to obtain both my UC assessment and PIP assessment papers. I can't remember the link off by heart, but I'll have a scout about, and then it may save your postage costs - and although I didn't get a response from them by email, I did receive both my assessments within a couple of weeks. I'll be back in touch if I can find the correct link to assist with.

Thanks Chris (and Bis). I'm really only wanting to write to them and ask for all this as it was recommended to do so in the B&W MR and appeals guide. I'm guessing though that the DWP are (at some point) supposed to send me everything before the tribunal anyhow, but i'd still like to make sure they know I want it all asap so I can see everything they've used to come to their conclusion.

Actually, i've just put that address in to google, and it came back with several sites saying it is the address -

This one says "Health Assessment Advisory Centre", would that still be the DWP though? -

Hi Engima123 - I did post the email address after this message, but it doesn't seem to have come through yet, so just in case it doesn't (I do appreciate the MODS are extremely busy though) - here it is again, but remember to include your name, address, postcode, DOB, and NIno for their security, and hopefully it'll get you a response and help save on your postage:- This email address is being protected from spambots.
