Thanks Gary. Last time in 2029 someone from Maximus said they'd phoned the surgery and gave an exact time and (I think) they said they'd been told I'd visited the surgery that year. This was quite early on in the year. I complained to the practice manager about it and she said there was no record and would look into it. But when I followed it up again she never got back and by that time I'd got further evidence from my GP. So I never did get to the bottom of it.
