Yep , I finally got my decision letter today 3 weeks after decision made...lower award.... im currently scanning and photocopying...past midnight , prepping my MR.....the decision is hilarious...they have cut and pasted the same response/ paragraph 4 times! Plenty of typos... in my favor of course....lol....it never, ever , used to be like this....I promise you . In nearly 30 years ..I have never known it so bad....so to anyone reading this...its NOT you....its them...the Department....truly not fit for purpose.. just keep poking the stick.
