Whether to add a new condition to pip when reassessed

Have been diagnosed with a new long term health condition called Sjogrens Syndrome - this condition affects teeth, eyes, skin, neurology, internal organs, raises risk of certain cancers (I am in group with higher risk of cancers)
Currently receive Pip standard daily living and enhanced mobility for epilepsy
When it comes to renewal of Pip not sure whether or not to add new condition
Do not want it to lower scores I get for epilepsy
Any guidance helpful
Also because things to treat Sjogrens can include eye drops, nasal sprays, skin cream, and many more products that can be bought over the counter, g.p. not prescribing them. So this long term life condition is proving expensive. Would this be part of what pip money might be used for. Currently using pip to support epilepsy needs.
Thank you

It is not your conditions that are assessed but the limitations that result from them specifically in regard to the PIP Activities and Descriptors.

So, has this new condition resulted in any changes to how you meet those Descriptors?

When you are reassessed the form you fill in, likely an AR1 Review form is a legal document, I can't advise you not to include details of any conditions that affect your award of PIP.

I can't see why additional issues would impact on your mobility award.

Yes, PIP is paid to help claimants deal with the additional costs their disabilities cause.

Thank you for helpful reply Gordon and reminder of what to focus on when reapplying.
For clarification, new condition causes issues with swallowing. chewing. Speaking, I e. hoarse voice risk of losing teeth, which would affect eating, how my voice sounds at work and socially, causing anxiety, and would be worse without purchase of over counter medication and high dental costs to care for teeth. If feel it falls under one of daily living can I use above things spoken about with examples and medical back up.
Can't remember whether there being medication available to help condition being something that counts against you in pip. With epilepsy it did not as have drug resistant epilepsy
Thankyou
