It can be quite daunting filling out the forms, it is best to tackle one question a day, you can try and get help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation;
advicelocal.uk , but usually they will need some notice due to appointment slots.
If they are both review forms, if you kept a copy of the original forms then use them as a guide, don't forget to use our guides to help you.
