You can mention anything from your assessment because at the Appeal - the panel will decide whether they agree with the original decision. Hopefully, they won't, and you will win the appeal.
Whatever you decide to challenge, make sure that your focus is on where it will make a difference in the points awarded. For example, don't waste time on things like spelling errors, which may be unprofessional but won't change the decision.
